This is an exchange rebuilt item and a core price applies until return is made.Exchange stick doesnt have to have the quickshift on it,a normal stick is ok. If no exchange then core price counts as cost of base stick. This unit has the quickshift built in and comes with longer bolts to attach to box. This is a bolt on replacement with nothing to do except fit. These items have had the rubber insulator removed on stripping and has been been rebonded with urethane so it still has the ability to absorb chatter from the box. Your returned stick must be re usable on the bottom steel section,everything else isnt that important. The core price will be added to the cost price and returned on exchange.If you have more than one stick 4 or 5 speed you can trade off of cost. You also have the option of no exchange and just pay the added core price to be sent a stick-no exchange
